Why this blog?
I have a background in mechanical engineering, but life led me to pursue a career in supply chain management. Throughout my professional journey, I have implemented various procedures, practices, and reviewed processes with the aim of improving efficiency.
Unfortunately, many of the solutions I have implemented in different situations tend to get lost over time. This is why I have decided to share my experiences on this platform.
Most of my experience is within the manufacturing environment, so many of the examples I will provide come from real-life situations.
In terms of my work history, I spent 4 years as an engineer, followed by 2 years as a consultant for an IT company. I then worked for 7 years as an Operations Manager, 3 yers as Material Manager, and subsequently spent 9 years as the Head of Logistics, Warehouse, and Dispatch.
Throughout my career, I have been driven by a focus on continuous improvement, actual performance, and fostering effective teamwork.
